Global Satcom Connections founder, C.J. Foster, has over twenty years experience in the broadband, microwave, wireless and satellite industries and uses her extensive contacts in the industry to provide a unique approach to the hiring process.
Performance Criteria
Through proprietary and independent research, Global Satcom Resources has identified key performance criteria for a successful recruiting effort. From the start, a defined, mutually agreed upon list of job requirements is defined. These include those items that are necessary to the Client or what can also be defined as “must-haves.” This will define the true needs of the Client and the kind of candidate most likely to fulfill them.
The term ‘matchmaker’ is a much more appropriate description for Global Satcom Connections than ‘headhunter.’ A great match is based upon a number of factors and GSC concentrates on finding that exceptional match.
